Shipping Policy

For Indian buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies such as Bluedart, Sequel and /or speed post only. For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for "Available in Stock" items and 10 working days for “Make to Order” items. JEWELS BY ANU is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within the time period assigned according to the order. Shipping charges are charged at the time of booking. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.

Is my order secured & insured while delivery?

Jewels by Anu is fully responsible for the safety of goods while in transit to the buyer. Your order is 100% secured and insured by Jewels by Anu until they reach you safe and hassle-free. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Easy Returns & Exchange

JEWELSBYANU ensures you a hassle-free return & exchange of your order. We are committed to our customers' choices and we provide easy alternatives to keep up with our promise. Buyers can claim a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

How do I return the product?

You can place the request for exchange/return of a jewellery piece as our e-mail id - customercare@jewelsbyanu.com or call our customer care team at 805 9102 341.

We will arrange for a pick-up once you are ready with the secured envelope that remains inclusive of the original invoice, certificate(s), jewellery box, etc. customers need to ensure that they do not give open packets to our representative who comes to collect the product. Our customer care team processes the refund/exchange after a quick quality check on the received product.

Jewelsbyanu offers one-time FREE return shipping within the Easy returns and exchange policy(within India). The customer shall bear all the shipping charges for all the subsequent returns/exchanges under this policy.

What are the conditions for the Policy?

The easy exchange & return policy is applied to the product sent with the required original product certificate, that is not damaged and is in proper weight as mentioned in the original invoice with no studded stones/diamonds damaged/slipped. In case the customer does not provide the original product certificate, the product is sent to Lab for recertification before processing the return/Exchange. The customer shall bear the certification charges.

Items that have been reworked by third party jeweller, customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.

Easy Exchange policy

The below process is adopted for all the gold jewellery and diamond jewellery purchased at Jewelsbyanu for easy exchange/return.

Note: INR 500 will be deducted in case of a loss of the original product certificate.

Lifetime Warranty

Each piece at Jewelsbyanu is unconditionally guaranteed for life against any damage or wear. We have designed each piece to resist damage or wear but if a defect occurs, you can send the product accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice to us. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product safely to Jewelsbyanu premises.

We offer cleaning & polishing services, stone tightening, and other repair services which enhance the life of the jewellery that suffers the daily wear and tear. Warranty service remains free of cost however, the customer shall bear the cost of any extra material required(Gold or Diamond) to complete the request.

Warranty service rendered is not chargeable however, the Customer will have to bear the cost of any extra material (Gold or Diamond), if applicable, required to complete the service request.
